Key Account Manager
Location: North Yorkshire
Salary: £35,000 (Rising after a 6 month probation) plus bonuses
OTE: £50,000

The role:
As a Strategic Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the retention and growth of a portfolio of clients. You’ll deliver value to your customers through building close relationships with multiple stakeholders, and by providing advice, guidance, consultancy and support.
Your success will hinge on your ability to build those strong relationships and to demonstrate the value proposition of our client's products, and their ongoing commitment to innovation and improvement.
What we're looking for:
- The ability to align objectives with buyers and stakeholders
- The ability to understand customer pain points and align solutions accordingly
- The ability to create a robust Account Management plan
- Outstanding customer qualification skills
- Excellent communication
- The ability to prioritise the tasks and functions that deliver sales targets
- Proven experience generating results in an Account management role
- Experience selling to the Public Sector would be desirable (including Frameworks and Tenders)
- The ability to cross-sell
- Somebody who doesn’t hide behind email!
