Salary up to £36,271 (Depending on experience)

It's a wonderful organisation, driven and guided by values, and this vacancy is a rare opportunity to take on a role providing hands on support to the Chief Executive.
The current PA was in the post for 13 years and has been promoted into another area inside the organisation. You will have the great opportunity to meet and really understand a day in the life at this fantastic Charity.

The role
The organisation has three seperate divisions and provides over 53 services that require the CEO's time. As such this is very fast paced role and requires exeptional prioities management and a very hands on approach. No two days are the same but some of the headline responsibilities include:
- Managing the CEO’s diary and inbox
- Arranging Board meetings and minute taking
- Ensuring the leadership team are aware of the acations they need to undertake and the timelines
- Being the eyes and ears of the CEO
- Line Management for two Receptionist staff within Head Office
- Tracking project progress and generating status schedules and reports for the CEO
- Supporting the Senior Management Team ensuring that the Society has a clear strategic direction
- Monitoring that the Senior Management Team are adheering to procedures and and has the right equipment to sustain the business
- Providing information packs for Trustee and Board meetings
- Providing new information packs to new Trustees and organising any training they require
- Ensuring the CEO and SMT is aware of key dates for health and safety and accounting
What are we looking for in you?
First and foremost a person who mirrors the values of the charity and who uses those values and ethics as their moral compass. You need to be incredibly organised and have the ability to prioritise the tasks and functions that deliver the Charity's key objectives.
There is incredible variety in this role and if you are the sort of person who loves organising and taking ownership, you will really enjoy this job.
You need to have a good standard of education, have excellent verbal and written communications skills and be highly proficient using Microsoft Office applications.
