As such they have tasked us to find people who are brilliant at helping customers who have purchased products, or who are awaiting delivery of their products.

The role:
There's lots of varity and some of the key things you'll get incolved with include:
- Helping customers over the phone and email to leave them feeling that they are in safe hands
- Helping clients with orders, helping resolve any issues and dealing with day to day general inquiries
- Making calls to customers to make sure their goods arrives and that they are delighted
- Uupselling and cross-sell products - If you bought that, you may ned this!
- Logging all interactions in the company CRM and ensuring issues are tracked through resolution
- Liaising with the warehouse, purchasing, logistics and other teams to align on fulfilment and stock
- Suggesting process improvements to optimise customer experience, These guys will listen!
- Meet response times, resolution and customer satisfaction targets
What are we looking for in you?
- Honesty, positivity and a great can-do attitude
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a business taking orders online
- Great communication and personal accountability
- The ability to prioritise the tasks that deliver the companies objectives
- Fire in the belly and the confidence to work independently
- A burning passion to providing best-in-class customer experience
- The ability to use various software including a CRM
