Personal Contract Hire Consultant

Knaresborough, North Yorkshire (Office Based)

£30k Salary (OTE £45k) plus uncapped and accelerated commission structure

 

Our client is a successful vehicle solutions provider based in North Yorkshire and require a person to handle and close all PCH leads generated from web activity, renewal opportunities and referrals both internally and externally.

 

We have the privilege of helping them find a talented, office based, personal contract hire salesperson who backs themself to win business, and who wants to take control of their earning potential.

The Role​

 

In a nutshell our client provides contract hire, so you will need a proven ability to close customers through engagement by telephone and on-line meetings by being familiar with passenger car brands and models and regulated finance law and regulations.

 

Utopia would be that you already have relevant experience in the automotive market at finance broker and/or dealer sales level. How much you earn is down to you and our client is offering a generous percentage of revenue, in addition to salary.

 

About You

 

​You may be working for a brokerage or a dealership and are frustrated at the lack of tools at your fingertips or at the restrictions imposed by limited funding and brand options.  You will be the sort of person that loves to help others, who is consultative, disciplined and compliant. You will have excellent communication skills you’ll never tell a customer what they want to hear. You only ever tell the truth and manage expectations properly.

 

You will be somebody who is naturally curious.  Somebody who is unafraid to put hard yards into success and definitely somebody who loves the rewards that brings.​

 

Skills you will need to be successful​

 

• Experience and success selling vehicles and/or contract hire.
• A tenacious can-do attitude driven by a powerful WHY
• Great diary and time management
• The acumen required to qualify a customers’ needs and wants and relate those to solutions you can provide
• The ability and discipline required to manage and close your sales opportunities
• The ability to generate a solid sales pipeline
• The discipline to record activity and forecast  your business accurately
• The acumen to know when to “do a deal” and when to walk away
• The ability to close business
• Customer management skills that build solid relationships, for the customer, for our client and for you
