Business Development Manager (Hard Asset Finance)
£45,000 salary plus uncapped commission

Our client is a highly successful independent asset finance brokerage, with a reputation for achieving the highest quality standards and for their ability to support business clients with robust advice, guidance and support. Their range of financial products and funders is vast, and their knowledge second to none. They help clients solve problems is several key business areas and for those professional salespeople who can uncover opportunities through consultative fact-finding, the opportunity and earning potential is significant.
The team is led by a fantastic Managing Director, who will support and encourage you to achieve your full potential if you have fire in the belly.

The Role
Your primary responsibility will be to win new clients using a consultative approach. With an ability to build a value proposition, you’ll identify opportunities to help clients fund growth through the provision of hard asset finance, business loans, invoice factoring, and a host of other leading financial products.

About You:
This company will support you and provide you with the vehicle to deliver your financial dreams, and you'll do very well if you’re a person who can:
- Demonstrate a proven track record in generating and completing asset finance or business loan transactions
- Evidence strong hunting and relationship-building skills to develop new business opportunities.
- Show familiarity with various financing options gives you a greater ability to support a wider client base
- Demonstrate your ability to build deals, create a value proposition, and understand the value a broker can deliver for customers
- Share your vision of personal success and a life goal that motivates you every day
- Have a can-do mindset and a great sense of humour
- Have the skill to excel at qualification, knowing how to sell finance, and always treating customers fairly and in keeping with strict ethics and standards
- Demonstrate the ability to plan for sales success
