A leading LCV Conversion specialist client, whom we are thrilled to represent, are seeking a Workshop Manager due to an ever expanding workload to fill a key position as the business grows from strength to strength.
Based onsite the right person will have technical knowledge as well as leadership skills to motivate, lead, develop and support a team of highly skilled technicians.

Salary £45k - £50k Depending Upon Experience

Our client is well known and respected for delivering LCV conversions to multiple industries, lease companies, OEM's and franchised network dealers on a UK wide basis based from the East Midlands.
Due to growth, they require a Workshop Manager who is able to lead, motivate and quality control the workshop output by managing work schedules, process and delivering to committed deadlines. This will involve responsibility for the directly employed technicians, external providers and suppliers as well as bridging the gap between the Workshop, Sales Department and Operations.

The Role
In a nutshell, your job will be to manage the team, processes and procedures, improve quality, utilisation and efficiency and be responsible for the productivity of the workshop by measuring, driving, supporting and developing, as well as delivering against KPI's and completion time lines.

- Technical experience of LCV conversion including electrical.

- A technical mindset that is process driven and analytical.

- A strong ability to prioritise workload and capacity.
