Senior Sales Executive (Vehicle Leasing Broker)

Our client is a highly regarded, and hugely respected contract hire brokerage, and they have been on an amazing journey. They are driven by principles, fantastic ethics, and brilliant values. They have an enviable reputation in their marketplace for customer retention and due in a significant uplift in the number of enquiries and leads they are receiving, need to recruit a new salesperson to their team.
Commission of circa £30,000 - £45,000 a year, over and above salary is being achieved in the current team, who are all a great bunch of people.

The Role
In a nutshell your role will be to manage inbound opportunities and using great qualification, and outstanding relationship building skills, close deals!
You will need to demonstrate:
- Experience in the vehicle leasing broker market
- Your sales process to help us understand how you are qualifying opportunities
- Your ability provide accurate forecasts
- How you manage your time effectively and prioritize sales tasks
- Your performance against targets
- The fire in your belly
About you
You must know and understand this market and be able to prove your success. You need to be the sort of person that loves the thrill of winning deals, gets a buzz from taking orders and who is consultative, organised and disciplined. You will be somebody who is naturally curious. Somebody who is unafraid to put hard yards into achieving success and somebody who loves the financial rewards that brings.
