There is a genuinely rare opportunity to join their business as a Vehicle Remarketing Administrator.
The role
As a Remarketing Administrator, you will be part of a fantastic team who are responsible for what happens to a vehicle when it reaches the end of a leasing agreement, from arranging for it to be collected, to making sure that customers are charged for any damages that are outside of what is deemed to be fair wear and tear. The day in the life is varied and includes:
- Arrange end of lease vehicle collections
- Contacting customers directly to arrange vehicle returns
- Keeping and maintaining a report on vehicle locations
- Responding to customer enquiries related to extending their hire, early termination of hire, or wanting to purchase an ex lease vehicle (you won;t be doing the selling - just advising on the process).
- Communicate with the company's Maintenance Team to get assistance collecting any non-running vehicles
- Processing damage letters and invoices to customers
- Addressing and resolving customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner
- Daily reporting checks
What we are looking for in you?

- Previous experience in the automotive industry (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A good understanding of the leasing competitor market
- Really good relationship building skills
- Time management & Planning Skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven with a customer-centric approach
