The Role
Our client provide contract hire to both personal and small business users. All your leads are generated and provided, and your job is to convert those enquiries into orders, to not only satisfy customer needs, but to delight those customers.
You’ll be working in a regulated finance industry that requires compliance and administrative discipline as well as the ability to achieve sales targets. The environment and culture is superb, and the earning opportunity fantastic.
About You
You may be working for a brokerage, a contract hire provider, or in retail car sales, and frustrated at the lack of tools at your fingertips or at the restrictions imposed by limited funding options. You will be the sort of person that loves to help others, who is consultative, disciplined and compliant. You will have excellent communication skills you’ll never tell a customer what you think they want to hear, you will only ever tell the truth and manage expectations properly.
You will be somebody who is naturally curious. Somebody who is unafraid to put hard yards into success and definitely somebody who loves the financial rewards that brings.
Skills you will need to be successful
- Experience and success selling vehicles and/or contract hire or related finance
- A tenacious can-do attitude driven by a powerful WHY
- Great diary and time management
- The acumen required to understand a customers’ needs and wants and relate those to solutions you can provide
- The ability and discipline required to convert opportunities and close business
- Competence in the critical area of compliant process adherence
- The discipline to accurately record activity and forecast your sales pipeline
- The acumen to know when to “do a deal” and when to walk away
- Customer management skills that build solid relationships, for the customer, for our client and for you
