The Role
This is a pure new business role.
You'll be responsible for identifying, approaching and converting businesses operating fleets of approximately 10 to 200 vehicles.
You'll research your market, build your own prospect pipeline, secure appointments, understand customer needs and create long-term leasing partnerships.
This isn't about making endless cold calls from behind a desk.
It's about planning your territory, getting in front of business owners, finance directors and fleet decision makers, building trust and demonstrating why our client should become their leasing partner.
What You'll Be Doing
- Identifying and targeting new business opportunities.
- Prospecting businesses operating fleets of 10-200 vehicles.
- Booking and attending customer meetings.
- Building relationships with key decision makers.
- Managing opportunities through a structured sales process.
- Creating tailored leasing solutions for business customers.
- Negotiating and closing profitable agreements.
- Developing long-term client relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
What We're Looking For

You'll ideally have:
- Proven B2B business development experience.
- Vehicle leasing, fleet, automotive or commercial sales experience.
- A track record of consistently achieving new business targets.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong planning and pipeline management.
- Confidence meeting senior decision makers.
- High levels of resilience, discipline and self-motivation.
Most importantly, you'll have the drive to create opportunities where others see obstacles.

- £25,000 basic salary.
- Uncapped commission.
- Typical commission earnings of around £3,000 per month, with significant potential to exceed this.
