Business Development Manager

Home based - Covering North East England

£50,000 - £55,000 (DOE) plus incredible commission

Our client is one of the nicest leasing companies in the UK market with an incredible culture and outstanding staff retention. They sweep industry awards and the ones they are most proud are the ones voted for by drivers and fleet managers. They have a genuinely rare opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join them covering the North East of England targeting the 50 plus fleet market.

What are we looking for in you?

First and foremost we want to see in you the things we can't teach.

Passion and a fire in the belly that's driven by your personal goal and vision of success. It's important that you have experience selling in the contract hire industry, and with a proven history winning quality accounts. The ability to self generate opportunities is vital, as is managing, retaining and growing the financial value of customer relationships (you retain the fleets you win).
