£40,000 salary (OTE £55,000)

The Role:
In a nutshell, your role would be to provide proactive account management and to use your skills delivering value, through consultancy, to develop and grow customer relationships, to ensure client retention and to increase the financial value of those customers. 70% of your business will be generated from current customers, and you'll need an appitite to do some hunting for new customers.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to create a comprehensive sales plan with the associated tasks, functions, activities and actions to deliver account management objectives for growth and retention. More than anything we want to see people who pick up the phone and make things happen, because no meanful relationship is ever build behind a keyboard.
We would like to see at least four years of demonstrable experience achieving targets, along with honesty, great values and humility.
