Truck Sales Executive
Our client are a very well respected provider of services to the HGV market who have the customer at the heart of everything they do and it's essential that any candidate understand the significance of this culture and demonstrate the ability to adopt and embrace this culture and demonstrate this approach in everything they do and in the relationships they build both internally and externally.
We are seeking a used Truck Sales Executive in the B2B market, preferably with a credible knowledge of HGV and transportation challenges, you would be rewarded not only numerically, but also from growing and developing within a Platinum Investors in People organisation who would embrace and appreciate your commitment.
Truck Sales Executive (HGV B2B)
Up to £32k basic depending upon experience plus commission (OTE £45k)
Nottingham (based on site)
Our client are well known for delivering solution based services to a diverse client base. The used truck sales operation is fed by HGVs reaching end of contract of varied age ranging from 12 months to 72 months in operation.
Growth and an expansion plans mean they need a dynamic Truck Sales Executive, with a strong ability in building relationships, to bring in new clients, identify opportunities and plan a sales pipeline strategically.

The role
In a nutshell, your job will be to hunt and win incremental business, work closely with the asset management team to understand what will become available for sale and identify and target prospective customers most likely to have a requirement that matches. You will open doors, start meaningful conversations and build relationships that are based on truly understanding customer's needs. You'll win business by building a value proposition and showing customers how you can work together to deliver against their needs.
