Leasing Consultant (B2B / Fleet)

£35,000 salary plus uncapped commission
Our client is a successful contract hire brokerage based in the North West.
We have the privilege of supporting their plans to grow by helping them find a talented contract hire salesperson who backs themself to win fleet business, and who wants to take control of their earning potential.

The Role
In a nutshell our client provides contract hire, so you will need a proven ability to find and win customers through lead generation, business networking, social media, engagement by telephone, remote meeting, on-line meetings and face to face meetings.
Utopia would be that you already have a robust customer base that knows you, likes you, and will follow you to give you a great start. How much you earn is down to you and our client is offering a generous percentage of revenue, in addition to salary.
About You
You may be working for a brokerage, or a contract hire provider, and frustrated at the lack of tools at your fingertips or at the restrictions imposed by limited funding options. You will be the sort of person that loves to help others, who is consultative, disciplined and compliant. You will have excellent communication skills you’ll never tell a customer what they want to hear. You only ever tell the truth and manage expectations properly.
You will be somebody who is naturally curious. Somebody who is unafraid to put hard yards into success and definitely somebody who loves the rewards that brings.
Skills you will need to be successful
- Experience and success selling vehicles and/or contract hire to businesses
- A tenacious can-do attitude driven by a powerful WHY
- Great diary and time management
- The acumen required to understand a customers’ problems and challenges and relate those to solutions you can provide
- The ability and discipline required to find and manage your sales opportunities
- The ability to generate a solid pipeline of properly qualified prospects
- The discipline to record activity and forecast your business accurately
- The acumen to know when to “do a deal” and when to walk away
- The ability to close business
- Customer management skills that build solid relationships, for the customer, for our client and for you
