They are a provider of courtesy car leasing deals to the UK’s Vehicle Bodyshop market, used by customers having their cars repaired, and they enable all sizes of Bodyshops to access great commercial discounts that would normally only available to the very largest businesses.
They have the most amazing culture that stems from an incredible leadership team and they need a highly organised person to manage the return of the lease vehicles at the end of contracts.

What’s a day in the life?
You will be contacting customers months in advance of the end of their leasing deals and make sure they are aware of the return standards required, and deal with all the associated administration and customer needs. There is a lot of customer contact, so a passion for looking after customers and the confidence to pick the phone is essential.
The tasks and functions are varied, so great attention to detail is required.
What are we are looking for in you?
Our client loves colleagues who roll up their sleeves and get stuck in with a smile. You must be a naturally focused and charismatic person who positively engages clients, partners and colleagues. You need to work proactively and consultatively with customers to build long term relationships. You will need to have:
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Great IT skills and experience using software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other client related systems
- The ability to prioritise the tasks that deliver your objectives
- Previous experience in the vehicle leasing industry would be an advantage
- Knowledge of BVRLA fair wear and tear Guidelines would be an advantage
- Ability to create and maintain successful customer and supplier relationships.
