E Commerce Manager
Milton Keynes: Office/Hybrid 2 days per week minimum in the office after probation
Salary up to £45,000 (based on experience)
Our client are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial-minded Ecommerce Manager to join their expanding team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimising our client's online presence across multiple platforms, including eBay, Shopify, and Amazon. You will collaborate with digital marketing agencies, oversee PPC campaigns, and ensure smooth operations by working with third-party service providers. In addition to these duties, you will be responsible for sales presentations, budgeting, and forecasting. A strong commercial mind, understanding that all efforts and spend must translate into revenue is critical.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ecommerce Platform Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of our eBay, Shopify, and Amazon Vendor stores, ensuring optimal performance, accurate listings, and effective inventory management.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party providers to optimise the user experience and drive sales across all platforms.
- Marketing Agency Management:
- Work closely with external agencies managing PPC campaigns (Google, Facebook), ensuring budget efficiency and alignment with the company’s broader objectives.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for ongoing improvements.
- Traffic Growth and Digital Marketing:
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to implement strategies that drive traffic and conversions.
- Understand the fundamentals of SEO, paid search, and social media marketing to effectively liaise with agencies.
- Linnworks Management:
- Use Linnworks (or similar inventory/order management systems) to streamline operations across multiple ecommerce platforms.
- Ensure accurate inventory syncing, order processing, and reporting across channels.
- Sales & Presentations:
- Develop and deliver sales presentations to directors, sales managers, and other key stakeholders.
- Contribute actively to discussions on improving sales performance, identifying new revenue opportunities, and driving growth.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Create and manage budgets for ecommerce operations, ensuring cost control and alignment with business goals.
- Develop sales forecasts based on historical performance, market trends, and data analysis to support business planning.
- Collaboration with Leadership:
- Work closely with company directors, sales managers, and senior leadership to align ecommerce strategies with overall business objectives.
- Provide regular updates on ecommerce performance, budget status, and strategic initiatives.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Produce regular performance reports, highlighting key insights, opportunities for growth, and potential risks.
- Analyse customer behaviour, sales trends, and product performance to guide strategic decision-making.
