£32,000 salary (depending on experience)

Our client is a highly successful independent asset finance brokerage, with a reputation for achieving the highest quality standards and for their ability to support business clients with robust advice, guidance and support. Their success and growth in recent years have been incredible, and they want to bring marketing away from external agencies and into their business.

The Role
This is very much a dual role and alongside Marketing you’ll be working with the Operations Director and supporting the Managing Director with some administrative tasks. It’s a varied role and you’ll be working with great people who will absolutely respect and appreciate your contribution. Duties will include:
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns in line with overall marketing strategy
- Manage all online and offline marketing channels including website content, email newsletters, and social media platforms with a focus on company vision and values and brand consistency
- Design of offline marketing collateral in line with brand guidelines
- Collaborate to develop and execute an ongoing content strategy.
- Coordinate client events, webinars, and other promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and client engagement
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all marketing materials meet regulatory standards.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
- Support day-to-day operations including diary management, documentation preparation, and internal communications.
- Maintain client records and ensure data accuracy in CRM systems.
- Liaise with external partners, vendors, and service providers to support business functions.
- Coordinate meetings, presentations, and reporting for senior management.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
About You:
To be considered for the role you’ll need to demonstrate:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or qualification through proven experience)
- Two years of experience in a marketing role
- Comprehensive and demonstrable experience in working in an environment that focuses on trusted client service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and digital marketing tools
- Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
