They are a dynamic business offering a wide portfolio of mobility solutions and have tasked Fleet Recruitment with helping them find talented people, who thrive in a fast paced customer service driven environment. This is a brand new role in the long established business and a great opportunity to join a fantastic team and develop within the organisation.
The Role:
This is very much a customer and sales support role in which you will play a vital part to ensure the business has happy clients who enjoyed a smooth process and great service. You will look after the customer from the point the sales team have secured an order and it's your job to ensure that paperwork, customers and suppliers are managed professionally.
What does day in the life look like?
This is a role with lots of variation, and you'll never be bored! During a normal working day the kind of tasks you'll undertake may include processing quotes and orders on behalf of the company's sales team, managing the customer service email inbox, providing customers and suppliers with order updates, customer updates and arranging vehicle deliveries.
You'll need to be super organised because you'll also be involved updating the organisation's CRM, requesting customer payments, arranging welcome packs, communicating with funders and vehicle suppliers.
What are we looking for in you?
Motor industry experience would be an advantage, as well as being able to demonstrate great organisational and people skills. Ultimately we like to see:
