Our client has been on an incredible journey in recent years. They are a provider of various services to the UK and French Vehicle Bodyshop markets, including providing them with the courtesy cars that are used by their customers when they are having their cars damage repaired.
They have the most amazing culture that stems from an incredible leadership team, and they need a highly organised and fluent French speaking (as well as English) to manage day-to-day enquiries related to vehicle deliveries, collections, servicing, repairs, and replacements.

What’s a day in the life?
Your working days will be varied, and the tasks and functions include:
- Managing day-to-day enquiries that relate to vehicle deliveries, vehicle collections, servicing, repairs, and replacements
- Coordinating with various suppliers, dealerships, and logistics partners to ensure timely vehicle handovers
- Handling queries around lease terms, some of the contract details, damage to vehicles, vehicle condition, fines received by the drivers of the cars, and getting the vehicles back at the end of the lease
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the company’s fleet management software
- Assisting in the resolution of any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Ensuring all customer interactions reflect the company’s commitment to service excellence and compliance with lease policies
- Working closely with internal departments and supporting each other to ensure smooth processing of customer requests
What are we are looking for in you?
First and foremost you must be fluent in both written and verbal English and French.
You need be a naturally focused and charismatic person who positively engages clients, partners and colleagues. You need to work proactively with customers to build long term relationships and we need to see in you:
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication
- Someone who owns and doesn’t run from a problem
- Confidence using computer software (record keeping) and the ability to learn new software platforms quickly
- A team player with a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail
- Ability to create and maintain successful customer and supplier relationships
- Ability to use own initiative, able to prioritise and manage own workflow
- Great organisation and time management
