£28,500 salary (depending on experience)

Our client is a highly successful independent asset finance brokerage, with a reputation for achieving the highest quality standards and for their ability to support business clients with robust advice, guidance and support. Their success and growth in recent years have been incredible, and as such they need to hire a Sales Support Executive to help both the company’s salespeople and clients with the smooth transition of business.
The team is lovely and is led by a fantastic Managing Director, who will support and encourage you to achieve your full potential if you have fire in the belly.

The Role
Your primary responsibility will be to support the sales team and our client’s customers who are arranging asset finance, business loans, invoice factoring, and a host of other leading financial products. You’ll pick up the tasks that enable the sales team to focus on the numbers, and support clients with updates and administration. It’s a varied role and you’ll be working alongside great people who will absolutely respect and appreciate your contribution.
About You:
To be considered for the role you’ll need to demonstrate:
- Familiarity with various financing options and the administration involved
- Comfort with working in a small office setting
- The ability to manage a CRM and provide transparency
- Strong communications skills – Internally and externally
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Ability to build strong and effective working relationships at all levels, including senior stakeholders
- Resilience with the capability to work under pressure in a fast-paced commercial environment
- Adept at problem-solving with a can-do attitude
- Strong organisational skills with a high attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks at any given time
- Strong commercial acumen; and the ability to work on your own initiative as well as being a team player
