Our client is an impressive North East business that generates over £40 million a year in revenue and has an enviable reputation for quality. They have a new division selling luxury baths, sink units, shower bases, shower cubicles and a whole host of high end accessories and associated products.
With customers ranging from homeowners to specialist interior designers buying on behalf of their clients, a fantastic range of products is available, and we’ve been tasked with helping this brilliant company find a great salesperson.

The Role
In a nutshell, you will be taking enquiries from potential customers who are interested in the high-end bathroom products our client provides. Those leads and opportunities are generated through various media outlets by a fantastic marketing function.
Your job is to take the client through a journey of discovery and to help them buy. It requires great sales qualification skills, an ability to build value through great consultative selling, and of course the highest level of care, attention and customer service.
You’ll build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships that undoubtedly will result in recommendations, referrals and more sales for you.
About You
If you’re a consultative seller, with fire in the belly and who loves helping people and the thrill of winning business, as well as being in control of your destiny and earnings, we want to hear from you!
Skills and experience you will need to be considered:
- At least two years selling products to retail customers
- Experience selling barthrooms would great, but not essential
- A tenacious can-do attitude driven by a desire to earn
- Great diary and time management
- The ability to tease out a customer’s needs and relate them to the products and solutions you can provide
- The ability to generate a solid pipeline of properly qualified opportunities
- The ability to know when to “do a deal” and when to walk away
- The ability to build a value proposition and close business
- Customer management skills that build solid relationships
