Business Development Manager
Property Restoration (field based)
Nottinghamshire
£40,000 salary plus uncapped commission

The role
In a nutshell your job is to find and win customers the Facilities Management, Insurance and Construction sectors through your ability to pick up a phone and make things happen. Working smart, you’ll generate and attend appointments with prospects and using great consultancy you’ll use your skills to tease out issues, inefficiencies and problems that our client can solve.
If you can get in front of buyers and understand the importance of building a value proposition, you’ll do very well in this industry.
- A salary of £40,000
- Performance bonuses and a Team bonus (OTE circa £55,000)

Skills and experience you will need to be considered:
- A tenacious can-do attitude driven by a powerful WHY
- Great diary and time management
- The acumen required to understand a customers’ problems and challenges and relate those to solutions you can provide
- The ability and discipline required to find and manage your sales opportunities
- The ability to generate a solid pipeline of properly qualified prospects
- The discipline to record activity and forecast your business accurately
- The acumen to know when to “do a deal” and when to walk away
- The ability to close business
- Customer management skills that build solid relationships, for the customer, for our client and for you
